Returns & Exchanges

At DreamEx, we want you to love what you purchase. Each piece is made with care, and we ensure quality before it reaches you. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request. The video must show the package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the product and the shipping label.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at dreamexcollections@gmail.com with your order details, product images, and unboxing video.

• Returns will be approved only after verification of the provided video evidence by our quality team.

• Customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

• Sarees with fall-pico or blouse stitching

• Made-to-order or tailored items

• Accessories, jewelry, or discounted products

Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your order ID, reason, product images, and unboxing video.

2. Once approved after verification, we’ll share return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your replacement or credit note within 7 working days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if the replacement for a defective or wrong item is unavailable.

• Refund requests will be processed only after our team approves the return based on the unboxing video and inspection.

• The approved refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Responsibility

• If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot process returns for lost or untraceable parcels.
